BB – Patty Q – The Stallion at the Stable – 7/26/22

The Stable definitely lived up to its name as this new AO is a great up and coming place for any HIM to continue to get better together.

I pulled in a tad early to set up and started to see the rest of the Pax roll up with to my surprise a few clown cars. WHAT ACCOUNTABILITY!! I can see with this group, friends don’t let friends go to F3 alone. 0530 hit, disclaimer was given, and we mosied…

Pax: Fergie, HBK, Cage Free, Pork chop, Depends, Swanee, Steve-O, Subprime, Man o’ War, Wet Bandit, Maytag, Flexseal, Viking, Lumbergh, Patty (Q)

COR started with the usual:

  • SSH
  • Abe Vigota
  • Runners Stretch (R over L, R/R, R hand to sky, Tuck in Right leg, the. Switch)
  • 15 merkins OMD
  • Arm Circles
  • Michael Phelps

We jumped right in, why waste any time?

Patty’s 2.0 Workout

So being this was my first time out at The Stable and not knowing many of the PAX, I wanted to be sure they got to know me a little bit as their Q. So we did a WO focused on one of the most important things in my life, my 2.0 (kids).

Main Thang #1 – Mia’s Nuclears

So Mia is 10 months old, and so we all started with a 10 count Nuclear SSH exercise. That is 4 different types of SSH counting down from 10 all the way to 1. Calves where burning but it was a good start to move on to Main Thang #2.

Main Thang #2 – Elaina’s 4 Rung Ladder

Elaina (my oldest) is 4 years old. No surprise here, we did a 4 exercise ladder. Ladder WO’s will start with 1 exercise -with a travel to a destination and back- and then you will do that same 1st exercise and the 2nd exercise with that same travel, and so on. Our exercises included:

  • 5 Merkins
  • 10 V-Ups
  • 15 Carolina Dry Docks
  • 20 Freddie Mercury

*** travel was a 40 yard bear crawl to the coupon and a jog back.

After a few 10 counts from our Site Q’s we moved on to Main Thang #3.

Main Thang #3 – The Twins Dora

Our twins (Lila and Abby) are always together, so we partnered up and worked in groups to finish this beat down out. Partner 1 did the Exercise while partner 2 traveled. Exercises included:

  • 50 BOYOS
  • 100 BBS
  • 150 Mountain Climbers (4 count)
  • 200 overhead claps

*** Travel was a 20 then to a 10 yard Merkin crawl and a jog/walk back

As I ran out of kids, we also ran out of time. We mosied back to the flag and held a plank to finish right at 0615.

COT

Count-o-Rama: 15

Name-o-Rama: no FNG’s

Announcements: none

Intentions: those traveling and doing WO events (Ruck, races, climbers, etc.) that they stay healthy and safe. For all other intentions unsaid.

Finished out with a thank you to all who came out and allowing me to join. My hope was this is the hardest thing you have to do today. As for me, this makes taking care of my 2.0’s feel easy compared to a hard WO with these F3 Brothers. Circled up with the Ball of Man, and did the Sky Q’s prayer.

Until next time!

-Patty
