Followed by 10 Burpee, 20 Saturday Night (40 total), 30 Merkins, 40 Dips, 50 Squats – up and back ladder – running out to 5 stations, distance increasing 100 ft per round, with 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 LBCs as we worked our way out and back.
Jewel, Viking, Huggies, Mr Roper did some great work.
