Thanks to the Boys at the Original for having me out Saturday….Been a minute since I have Q’d.
PAX- Sump Pump (R), Dot (R), IceMan (R), Flo Jo, Duff, Goose Bumps, Finkle, Shyster, Russdiculous, Tron, Motor Boat, Jitterbug (QIC)
Moseyed from Tennis Courts to the School Parking Lot for COP- SSH/Abe Vigodas, Grass Grabbers, Hillbilly Walkers; Stretching and A few Merkins and Some Mountain Climbers to get Warmed Up
Thang 1- Circle Up:50 High Kness, 3 Burpees; 50 Butt Kicks, 2 Burpees; 10 Bobby Hurleys, 1 Burpee—-Mosey to the front of Bathrooms
Thang 2- Each PAX Found a spot on the Wall out front of the Bathrooms and Did 3 rounds of 10 Incline Merkins, 10 Step Ups, and 10 Dips (Apologies to the nice lady who was understandably startled when she came out of the Women’s Bathroom to find 12 Dudes doing exercises)
Thang 3- Moseyed to tennis courts where we had had dropped our coupons. Had PAX Line up on one end of the tennis courts. Did a suicide using the first 3 Courts. 5 Burpees and sprint to end of 1st Court and Back, 10 Merkins the sprint to end of 2nd court and Back, and 15 Squats then Sprint to the end of 3rd court and back.
Thang 4- Main Thang. Had a Board of Pain with 4 exercises on each side. PAX completed 15 of each of the 4 exercises then Sprint around the interior of the Tennis Courts OR Moseyed around the Short Loop. We did this for 10 minutes, then we turned over the board and did the other 4 exercises in the same fashion with the Sprint or Mosey for another 10 Minutes.
Thang 5- Triple Nickel. PAX Did 5 Merkins, Ran to other end of the Courts and Did 5 Squats and Ran Back, and did this 5 Times.

COR, NOR, Intentions. Talked a lot about the importance of Gratitude for our blessings, but the importance of awareness that so many people we encounter are going thru difficulties, and the impact we can have on those people. Such an Honor to Lead these men.
