Tomorrow morning we will do just that as we kick off Cedar Creek Baptist as a new F3 location with workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The church is just south of Gene Snyder on Bardstown Rd. It is a population dense area and one that we need to tap in to. If you know anyone that lives in the area, headlock and bring them out. I will lead tomorrow and do my best to Site Q until we are up and running. The weather will be perfect in the morning for a Vincent Q. No weights needed, just your body, mind and a positive attitude.
