Bring a weight of choice and plan to lift a little, move a little, sweat a lot and get better. Cedar Creek Baptist at 7709 Bardstown Rd. It’s the only f3 site that has a Heine Bros, Panera and Waffle House virtually in the same parking lot. I’d call that a bonus. SYITG
