Come out tomorrow to the County for a “heavy” Ruck Ops style workout. Bring some weight, preferably a ruck or a 30-40lb sandbag. Meter and YHC working on getting some spare equipment. We will be walking with weight and doing some weighted exercises that will be more comfortable under a rucksack or a sandbag, although we will make onsite coupons work in a pinch.
