Good morning fellas!
I am excited to Q on a Friday at the Patriot. Single Source is an awesome Site Q and glad he gave me the chance to take one of the first Q’s of the year!
COME AND EARN YOUR WEEKEND ✅
We will be taking it back to some of the original workouts I can kind of remember way back in 2021 when I first stepped foot on the special grounds of the Patriot. Yankovic had some burners back then that I remember vividly were tough to finish. We are going to try to bring that back.
What to expect – some stretching, a ladder workout, and a big finish!
Bring Yo Coup’n and meet where the statue used to be.
