Spring Convergence 2024 Recap

LA GRANGE, KY – APRIL 20, 2024

It was a morning to remember as F3 Louisville held their Spring Convergence on main street in downtown historic La Grange KY. 130 High Impact Men (HIMs) posted for the workout marking back-to-back Convergences with 125+ pax for the F3 Louisville region. The Convergence was split into 4 stations, led by F3 PAX Depends, Kilo, Holy Roller & Masse.

But what made this morning truly special was not the 100+ Manmakers, 200+ Side Straddle Hops or even the 300+ Merkins (no clue what these mean? click here for the F3 Exicon). No, it was the $8,700+ raised for the Institute for Shelter Care, an organization on the front lines of Human Trafficking.

Board members from the Institute for Shelter Care were on hand, including F3 Louisville’s John Stewart (F3 – Holy Roller) who was instrumental in coordinating the Spring Convergence. Holy Roller is working with other F3 leadership both locally and nationally to make an impact on the fight against human trafficking and Spring Convergence was just the first stepping stone.

Joining in the support was the City of La Grange who helped with logistics of shutting down Main Street, providing free t-shirts to those in attendance and even supporting the Institute for Shelter Care presenting a check for $1,500 during Circle of Trust (CoT). The morning was even kicked off by Mayor John Black (F3 – Boss Hog) who is a Patriot staple (F3 Louisville AO – click here for all workout locations).
