8 Pax set their alarm, woke up, and put their #discipline to work
Warm up was side straddle hops, copper head squats, and downward dog stretches. We then took a mosey around the entire campus ending at the bottom of The Baptizer where we do the main thang: Baptizer and Boyos!

Up the hill boyos, down the hill side straddle hops, donkey kicks, and BBSU. We made it to round 16 adding (1) of each exercise every round. (91) Burpees… Go do (9) more today fellas round it up… Good work! My playlist “stunk”, but, I was banking on an artist I like and utilizing the “play similar music” functionality. Swing and a miss. Can’t win ’em all!
Afterwards we took another lap around the campus for traveling merkins. (5) stops (75) merkins. We then Bernied up The Baptizer and sprinted downhill for a change just before we ended with marry, which included gas pumps, pretzel crunches, x-factors, and plank.
