A Valentines Chicken Back Blast from the Mutt on 2/17

I had the honor of leading 13 PAX on a Valentines adventure.

Double Down (R), Pope, Zartan, Grinder, Buschhhh, DiGornio, Watergate (RR), Back Draft, Tiger, Gepetto, Glenn Ross, Snow Man, Last Weekend, Little Jerry (R)

Working backwards.  The PAX was on pins and needles trying to figure out how Valentines and Chickens fit into F3.  Perfectly serendipitous and romantic for 14 PAX to end the day with an egg toss.  My M dyed 14 eggs pink for this finale.  1st couple out, 7 merkins.  2nd couple out, first and second couple 8 merkins.  It progressed until the final couple was accompanied on their date for 14 romantic merkins.  That’s 84 merkins for lucky couple number 1.   The PAX quickly noted the LJ’s and DD’s egg didn’t break.  Upon advice from my general council, and being the honest bloke that I am, I quickly confessed that Captain Insano (in absentia) had proposed that my egg should be hard boiled.

Just prior, a Jack Webb Mary.  1 big boy sit-up and 4 American hammers up to 10/40.  That’s an impressive 55 sit-up and 220 hammers.

Just prior, a 4 station circuit with coupons.  14 curls.  14 presses.  14 rows.  7 coupon burpees.  Rinse and repeat.

Just prior, an Indian run followed by a billy run back from the hill.

Oh yeah.  Just prior to that, 14 repeats of…  Run down the hill and back up followed by 7 merkins.  In total the PAX ran 3.4 miles!

We did start with some warm ups.  15 SSH because LJ forgot to stop at 14, and 14 grass grabbers.

I loved the opportunity to do a guest VQ at the Mutt.  Love you guys.
