As I was thinking about what I was going to do for my Q I came up with what I thought was a pretty good workout. Then on Tuesday PK channeled his inner Backdraft and did the exact workout I had planned, literally down to the partner pull ups at the end. Nice work PK, plan B. Being that I hate Boy Yo’s and bear crawling, I thought, what a perfect thing to center my workout around. So with 22 PAX in tow we went out and got after it.

COP: 15 Cherry Pickers, 20 count shoulder/arm stretches, 20 count downward dog calf stretches, 15 count cobra back stretches, 21 ½ Abe Bagodas, 25….what do you call those things, Jumping Jacks? Oh yeah, SSH. Give me a break I have only been coming since July!
Boy Yo/Merkin Indian Run: The PAX broke up into two lines. The PAX took off and the six dropped and did 5 merkins. Once the six caught up to the group the next six dropped and did 5 merkins, rinse O and repeat O. The PAX stopped after a block and did 5 Boy Yo’s, why? Well, because I love them so…the PAX not the Boy Yo’s. The PAX continued running to the next block and you guessed it, 5 more Boy Yo’s. The run finished at coupon patio.
Snake Hill 100’s, 200’s, 300’s: Split up into 2 groups; Group 1 grabbed a coupon, Group 2 met group 1 at Snake Hill. Partner up, Partner 1 began 100 coupon curls, 200 coupon overhead presses, and 300 coupon presses. Partner 2 ran to the bottom of the hill and bear crawled back to the top of the hill. Partners switched up until all coupon exercises were completed as a team. Group 2 took the coupons back and while everyone else met up at the flag for a final Mary.
This really wasn’t a thang but it’s my VQ, I mean… errr Q and I make the rules. So Whatevs. 20 count LBC’s and Zoolanders’ favorite, a 5 count Catalina Wine Maker.
