For the second Night Ruck Training, we’re going to go more miles with waaaay more rain.  There will be PT.  You will be tested.  Val is coming (not 2018 Val; 1986 Val).

Meet at 2045 (8:45 pm) in the parking lot of the Louisville Zoo.

Packing list:

Backpack with reflective strips and weight. Weight Requirement. If you are under 150 lbs., carry a 20 LB weight and if you are over 150 lbs. carry 30 LB.  Or whatevs; I won’t weigh your ruck.

Good shoes and socks

Clothing for the conditions. Gloom gear. Having fast drying non chaffing gear is advisable.  Or, Donald Duck it.

Gloves

HeadLamp and extra batteries

Rain Jacket (90% chance of rain)

Dry bag with dry clothes and socks for the afterparty

Water -2Liters min

Something to eat.  Consider bringing something you know will go down ok.

Cash/phone/card (for a few post-ruck beers and an Uber to get back to your rig), although it will be possible (not advisable) to ruck back to your car

Can do attitude.
