Mosy to school courtyard for some stretching, and then right to it.

One mile run with five stations along the way, each about .2 miles apart

1 – 50 air squats, 50 pulse squats (10 count between sets)
2 – 2 x 50 side shuttle hops (10 count between sets)
3 – 50 merkins
4 – 50 wide fly merkins
5 – 10 Burpees, 25 lbcs, 10 Burpees, 25 gas pumps, 10 burpees, 25 big boy situps

Run back to start with 4 stations along the way, each about .2 miles apart
(We were starting to run short on time, so we just the reps in half)

1 – 25 Wide fly push ups
2 – 25 merkins
3 – 50 side shuttle hops
4- 50 air squats

Closed with count-o-rama, name-o-rama, prayers and intentions.
