Pax braving the Gloom:
A little light rain didn’t scare off the HIM who joined me this morning. Low numbers for the Posh but I didnt realize I was competing for PAX from the great Mcafee! NO worries though we had a great workout.
Start with some SSH to get the blood pumping followed by some rounds of Sun Salutations. Then a quick mosey to collect some coupons before heading over to the playground.
Thang 1: The Playground Circuit
10 x 2 minute rounds all you got at different stations.
Australian Rope Pullups, Decline Wall Merkins, Lunge Jumps, Pullups, Arm Bikes, Incline Merkins, Boat Push, Jump squats with coupons, Overhead press with coupons all while listening to jams by Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana and Dropkick Murphy’s.
Thang 2: Catch Me If You Can:
PAX 1 drops and gives 5 burpees while PAX 2 mosey’s. PAX 1 sprints to catch up then switch…and so on. Headed back to the flag for some LBC’s and time was up.

This was a reminder to focus our lives on what is important and use our time well. Don’t waste physical time and mental energy on things that don’t add value to our lives.
