Apologies in advance for the brief Backblast, but I’ve been getting nonstop curveballs thrown at me since about 10 this morning and opted for quick BB now rather than delaying it for days or who knows how long.

With disclaimers out of the way, we moseyed to the park office parking lot for COP: 15 SSHs, 15 Imperial Walkers, 15 Hillbillies, Downward Dog, 10 T-Merkins
Scout Run from park lot to Zoo parking lot where we did our thangs.
Thang 1: PAX in plank position in inchworm line while man in the back makes his way to the front doing broad jump burpees.
Thang 2: PAX remained in line and instead performed break dancers while man in the back ran a suicide drill from back of line, to front, then back to back, then back to front.
Thang 3: 2 sets each of the following: knee-tuck merkins, bridge crunches and split jumps. First set of each exercise was 20 reps, while we did only 10 reps on the second sets. In between each set, we ran to the far end of parking lot and back (AYG).
We finished up with some additional stretching, then Mary: 50 LBCs, 25 Flutter Kicks, 10 Box Cutters. Long mosey back to the flag, finishing at 6:15 on the dot.
