Hamstring stretch (10 sec waterfall count)

Mosey to coupon area and then carry coupons to front of school to football field

The Thang:

Lunge walk from goal line to goal line, stopping every 10 yards to complete an exercise w/ coupons.

Goal line
10 – 25 coupon curls
20 – 25 tricep extension
30 – 25 overhead press
40 – 25 upright row
50 – 25 curls
40 – 25 tricep extension
30 – 25 overhead press
20 – 25 upright row
10 – 25 curls
Goal line – Mary work ( LBCs, flutter kicks, gas pumps — all x20 IC)

Rinse and repeat

Mosey back to return coupons and finish at the flag.
