10/29 North Posh Preblast #theSilo

ATTENTION PAX!! We gon get swole tomorrow at the North Posh. Bring a ruck plate if you have one. 20lbs, 30lbs whatever. Bring a kettlebell if you have one. I’m going heavy on weighted exercises. Not everyone will have to have one so it’s ok if you don’t bring anything.
