I sectioned off part of the parking lot with 14 spaces
PAX would start with 2 burpees and bear crawl 2 spaces and perform another 2 burpees every other parking spot all the way to the cone
Coming back – PAX would start with 2 burpees and crab walk 2 spaces and perform another 2 burpees ever other parking spot all the way to the start
Third trip would be start with 2 burpees and lunge walk 2 spaces and perform another 2 burpees every other parking spot to the cone
Last trip back would be start with 2 burpees and broad jump 2 spaces and perform another 2 burpees every other parking spot back to the start.
LAYERS WERE STARTING TO SHED EVERYWHERE – 😊– Total burpees = 64
