Recently I was pointed in the direction of an interview with Navy Seal and all around badass, David Goggins. His story is so far beyond belief, that he actually has to pull out records to make it believable. Abusive childhood, racist encounters, 100 lbs overweight, lost weight in 3 months to apply for seals. Did 3 Hell weeks before finally finishing. Unreal stuff. He currently is a ultra marathoner and motivational speaker, I recommend everyone check out the interview he did on the Joe Rogan experience podcast. A lot of what he says can relate to what we do in F3, especially in the winter. Waking up early, going outside where its not comfortable, putting in work to “Earn Your Sunrise”. Thats exactly what we did this morning at TheCounty, it was hard but we pushed and all got through together.

Its been GREAT having Ashely and ScratchNDent back in the mix over at the county. I love their presence and positive attitude they bring. This morning Ashely shared that a few months ago a tumor was found on the right frontal lobe of his M. Results from a second MRI will be revealed to the family today, although it is believed to be benign. PLease keep Ashely and his family in your TAPs. AYE!
