So if you’ve ever posted with during the week you know I that depending on where we are I have to leave 5 or 10 minutes early to get back to the house. A necessary evil but with taking some time off and the wife and kids out of school I am able to stay so when OJ needed a Q on Tuesday, I decided to take it. Why not. Now I just needed to come up with something.

Thang 1: we took off on a Native American Run. My intent was to loop the track around to Cogans Cove. Well I don’t post at the O often and didn’t realize how far that is, so in the interest of time went about half way down then cut through the field then back to the Cove.
Thang 2: Ladder up and down the hill. Running up and down the hill after each set. Started with 5 then it was 5 & 10 until we included all up to 30. Then worked back down the ladder
