Twenty two PAX escaped the comfort of the fartsack to get better.

After the standard disclaimer, YHC moseyed the PAX around The Vet for a quick warm-up.

COP – SSH, Burpees, and other fun warm-ups to get the PAX loosened up.

THANG – Ladder

Exercises – 50 Burpees, 100 T-Merkins, 150 Squats, 200 DaVinci’s, 150 Squats, 100 T-Merkins, 50 Burpees

Partner Up – P1 Runs to end of parking lot and back while P2 exercises. When P1 returns swap out. Rinse and repeat until finished

Earlier finishers picked up the 6.

Circled up for some yoga breathing and stretches.
