2/12 Bayside Backblast

05:30 everyone got out of our trucks and moseyed to the front of the school. We did various exercises under the awning as the rain continued to pour down.
We started with stretching; grass grabbers, downward dog, SSHs…..moved to 50 merkins, bear crawl 25 yds, 50 big boys, bear crawl, hillbilly leg raise, freddie merkeries, bear crawl 50 yds, 30 dips, 30 squats, SSH’s, mosey around courtyard 2 times, lbc’s,American Hammers, lay down leg raises, finished with a series of stretching exercises.
COT: Countorama, Namorama, announcements, prayer requests/praises
