It was a skeleton crew last Thursday at The Mutt but I enjoyed the mumblechatter and it was good to get out there with the following HIMS:

The workout was coupons and running but like I said in the PB we did not run with the coupons. Here is what transpired:
Warm-up:
2 laps around the campus
25 x SSH
25 x Mountain Climbers
25 x Plank Jacks
Workout Sets:
1st Set: Coupon Work – 25 Overhead Press, 25 Upright Rows, 25 Curls, 25 Tricep Extensions, 25 Big Boy Situps – 1 hard lap around the campus
2nd Set: 25 Squats, 20 ManMakers, 25 Calf Raises, 25 Big Boy Situps – 1 hard lap around the campus
3rd Set: 25 Derkins, 25 Deadlift to Overhead Press, Overhead Carry 50 yds out and back, 25 Big Boy Situps – 1 hard lap around the campus
We then returned the coupons and wrapped up. Intentions and Announcements. At the end, we found out how Tureen got his name and it wasn’t what I expected! I’m not sure what I expected because I wasn’t familiar with the term but I learned something new. You never know what you will find ITG!
