Back Blast: The Big Kapowski 5/2

It was a great morning for a Bayside beatdown. The weather was perfect. The count was a little light but it didn’t stop us from getting after it.

Quick mosey to grab coupons and then back to the upper parking lot.

The Thang:

After each set we ran one lap around the parking lot (roughly 1/8 mile)

Set 1: 5 burpees

Set 2: 5 burpees, 10 overhead press

Set 3: 5 burpees, 10 overhead press, 15 tricep extension

Set 4: 5 burpees, 10 overhead press, 15 tricep extensions, 20 curls

Set 5: 5 burpees, 10 overhead press, 15 tricep extensions, 20 curls, 25 squats

Set 6: 5 burpees, 10 overhead press, 15 tricep extensions, 20 curls, 25 squats, 30 chest press

Repeat set 5,4,3,2,1

Mosey back to put up coupons and then back to the flag. Finished up with count-o-Rama, name-o-Rama, announcements, and intentions.
