PB- 5/11 The Hurt at the Mutt (New Beginnings)

Have a 2.0 that’s not the most fit or athletic and you want to get him out to F3 so he gets excited about exercise? Keep reading. I am nursing a bad case of plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and a wonky knee, so I’m nowhere near full speed. I’ve also been neglecting the health goals of my 2.0, Beast Boy, and not been the leader I should for him. Looking to boost his morale about exercise and give him a jumpstart, I’ll be bringing him out to his first workout in a year this Saturday at the Mutt. The workout will be as tough as you want to make it. Whether you’re able to run 20 miles or 20 feet, you’ll be able to do this workout. It’s all about you v. you and pushing the PAX next to you to get a little better that morning.

So, whatever shape you’re in, come out to the Mutt this Saturday and bring a FNG or 2.0. We’ll make it fun, and as challenging as you want it to be.
