BB from the Ville 6/7

Great morning at Pleasantville. I’ve Q’d 30 PAX before. I’ve never Q’d 3. I think the lower the number, the harder the Q and the harder the workout. Can’t cheat numbers on your merkins.

PAX: Jitterbug (R), Milton, Retainer (QIC)

Started with the COP, calf raises, SSH’s, GG’s, planking and runners stretches.

Thang One: NA Run for one mile with line leader holding a 15 pound weight.

Thang Two: Run an 11 with burpees and merkins on the amphitheater stairs. Except, instead of running up and down the stairs, you box jump the large inclines.

Thang Three: Run an 11 with merkins and merkins and a single box jump in between.
