Weather: 70 degrees with 91% humidity

- Side straddle hops
- Imperial walkers

- Calf stretch
The Thang: Run down to the bottom parking lot (about 1/2 mile away). At bottom we talked about what we would be doing.
- Elevens: Do exercise at the bottom of the hill and then run to the top and do second exercise…
- Bottom side was a Long Jump, Burpee, Backshuffle (repeat)
- Top side was Merkins
I will admit that this seemed much easier when I planned it out last night. For those of you who have never been to North Posh, this hill is a little under 1/10 of a mile. However, the elevation increases 32 feet in that short amount of time. Catfish joked that it was like we were climbing Everest.
After this was completed, each PAX was to do 10 big boys or 10 push ups and run around the parking lot, repeating until the six finished.
After everyone was finished with the elevens, we used the path and ran back to the parking lot, stopping midway up the hill for 20 merkins.
Unfortunately, I was unable to get to everything that I had planned, so I will have to Q NP again soon.
