Backblast- Blender at the Mutt, 7/31, Grinder Q

Due to time constraints, I’m going to exhibit as much creativity on this BB as I did to the workout. No re-inventing the wheel here:

Mosey around the school,

COP: SSHs, Abe Vigodas, Grass Grabbers, Downward Dog to Warrior Pose, then a few Burpees, T Merkins, Copperhead Squats and Mountain Climbers.

Thang One: 7’s with Burpees and Copperhead Squats, Bear Crawl back and forth.

Thang Two: 11’s with Merkins and Mountain Climbers, sprint back and forth

Thang Three: Mini BLIMPS- each partner went one AMRAP round of each exercise while the other partner sprinted across the lot and back.

Thang Four: So dumb, I don’t even want to talk about it. It rhymes with Mack Zebb, involved coupons, and we only did half before I know it was a mistake.

COT was great. Loved naming No Show and getting to learn about him. He gave his all and crushed it today. It definitely inspired me to go harder.  Thanks to all the other PAX that came to play.
