Army APFT- 2min PU and SU, modify after proper form can no longer be accomplished.

14 pax 14 weights, circle up one weight per person. 11 rucks or equivalent weight 3 sandbags 60-80 lbs. 2 minutes of curls or equivalent biceps exercise, rotate clockwise one space. 2 minutes Triceps exercise, rotate, rinse and repeat. Simple set but I always want to get in some bicep work.
