It’s was cold ya’ll! First WO in the frozen tundra.

Thang 1

Run around the park a little then find some flat space on the trail. Was going to the school but no light and the park is really nice and lit up.

2min APFT AMRAP Merkins and Partner assisted BBSU


Merkins- only perfect form Merkins count, after fatigue continue reps on knees but do not stop! I had a minimum I’m mind. After I asked if anyone did more than 65, no one did do corrective action was delivered, 10 BOYO’s. It was difficult after max out Merkins, harder than I thought it would be at least.

BBSU- hands must be behind head, rest in up position only. Continue with LBC after complete muscle failure.

Thang 2

Run around the park a little more and found a god spot for bear crawls, just 20 yards or so. I noticed a pergola and fountain so decided to check it out. Good place for Dora.

100 Merkins

200 LBC

300 Squats

Thang 3

Run around the park the long way back and line up for 8 minutes of Mary.

First hold Merkins. 10 starting at 15 second hold, decreasing interval each rep. Pax were pretty burnt on Merkins 🙂


BBSU, Flutter Kicks, Box Cutters, Saturday Nights


I have been going through a rough time for months, some personal, some professional. Like many others I hold it in. I still come to every workout needing the support of my friends. Wether they know it or not, they are helping me through my day. Knowing they will be there in the gloom, and knowing if I need them, they will offer a hand. Somehow that’s enough.
