My mother-in-law’s been in the hospital for 90 days and she will be discharged on Thursday-Praise God!
Bulletin underwent a successful Kidney transplant and he and the recipient (his sister!) are doing well-Praise God!
The recovery is what’s even more testing. My mother-in-law has a long road. Bulletin has 6 weeks (yeah, right! He’s a Champion and will be back sooner than that!) one thing’s for sure. It’s a “day by day” and you have to work hard in the moment and celebrate the wins as they come.
Tomorrow we will work hard and we too will have a mountain to climb. But fight for our people. Whom ever they may be…and take it one second…one rep at a time.
Bring layers cuz it will be cold. Bring your hunger to push to get better. Bring your hands for slaps and knuckles for bumps. There will be plenty to be had!
