Back-Blast – The Cliffs at The Garden – 11.26.19

It had been a while since I Q’d at The Garden so I was excited to get the opportunity this week. Due to the terrain, The Garden has become one of the harder sites in terms of the workouts and I’ve been motivated by the PAX laying beatdowns there on a regular basis. That said, I wanted to bring my own pain. I hope I did. Here is what we did:

Warm-up:

1 lap mosey around the school to the base of the Hill of Stolen Soles

25 x SSH – IC

25 x Mountain Climbers – IC

25 x Plank Jacks – IC

25 Single Count Merkins

20 x SSH – IC

20 x Mountain Climbers – IC

20 x  Plank Jacks – IC

15 X Grass Grabbers – IC

1st Thang

AMRAP – 15 minutes

5 Burpees

10 Bonnie Blairs

Coupon Run 40 yds up the hill and back to the bottom

2nd Thang

AMRAP – 12 minutes

10 Burpee Coupon Jump Overs

15 Thrusters

20 Coupon Swings

25 Merkins

30 Flutter Kicks – Single Count
