400 Flutter Kicks in Cadence!!!
This morning was meant to melt away the calories from the Christmas feasts. We had 16 HIMs show up to the County along with an FNG from HENRY County (25 minute drive) and a down-ranger, Soprano, from Houston.
After the disclosure we started out with a mosey around the campus with Beck’s “Wow” leading the charge (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pyCkhPTU13w)
“Giddy up! Giddy up!”
That led us to the COP:
- 15 toy soldiers in cadence
- Good mornings
- Nuclears (10-5 but I messed up on the count again)
We then proceeded to grab coupons and paired up for DORA.
- 100 Shoulder Presses
- 200 Big Boys
- 300 Curls/Overhead Press combo
- 400 flutter kicks
We returned the coupons and circled up for COT.
The message: “The very best thing you can do for the whole world is to make the most of yourself.” Wallace Wattles
We are all here to realize the God-given potential we have all been given. Everything we need to be happy, healthy, wealthy, etc. exists with infinite supply. It’s up to us to first believe in your potential; second, to envision living your best life; then three, aligning your actions with your passions to realize that vision.
All men of F3 are leaders. We encourage each other to realize the potential we have as individuals and as a group. We seek out the best in each other and in that search often find the best in ourselves.
The HIMs that helped me find my potential this morning were:
- Bulletin
- Dauber
- Retainer
- Jolly Rancher
- Captain Crunchberry
- Pelican
- Jerry McGuire
- Meter Maid
- Grizzly
- Soprano (down range from Houston)
- Turncoat (FNG)
- Fungi
- Rocky
- Brown Water
- Aerobie
- LePew
16 total (including myself). Great work men.
