During last year’s winter break, Catfish and Violet met me at Seneca Park for a CSAUP event that proved to be, well, stupid, but challenging and terribly rewarding. The goal was to complete a series of movements for time – you vs. you. But, like all we do at F3 Louisville, you vs. you does not mean “doing it alone.” It was such a good morning that several PAX asked me to run it back. Accordingly, plan to see me at 7:00 am on Friday morning, December 27.
I’m starting this at 7:00 am for a few reasons. First, it’s a slow week work wise for many of us and the kids are out of school, so why not sleep in a little. Second, it’s an amount of work that requires a small breakfast or snack beforehand, for me anyway. Third, well, Freed to Lead I guess.
Give yourself a couple of hours for this one! If you beat Catfish’s time from last year, you’ll get lots of mentions. (I’m not telling you his time, but it was machine-like.)
