At 0530 I gave the disclaimer to the PAX that I have received no professional training therefore am not a professional so everything I say to do is a suggestion & each individual should modify the reps or exercises as they deem necessary. Time for a brief CoP.

I’m pretty sure at this point the PAX were thinking they’d be doing their name on repeat for the next 40 minutes…nope. I explained we were going to get through multiple names as a group. I’d give the name of one of the participating PAX, we’d all do the reps/exercises that correlated with the letters in their name, & then do high knees until the 6 finished the name. Between names we did (2) 10 yard Side-to-Side Shuffles. We got through the following 6 names:

This took us right up to 0615 when it was time for VCoT.
- Huggies had to leave slightly early because he had “surgery”
- WOs via Zoom are going to be a mainstay as we get through this health pandemic & we need Qs for these WOs…step up & sign up.

I took it to the Sky Q to close things out. Whether ITG or ITZ it’s always a privilege & humbling experience to lead the men of this group.
