Im calling the 1:00 VBO “Afternoon Delight” until someone makes me stop.
Warmed up with IWs, GGs, planks, runner stretches, and yoga poses.
Thang One: the Eastern HS football coach posted this workout on Twitter. 5 exercises, (for me, that was burpees, merkins, left arm rows, right arm rows, weighted squats). 10 10 reps each, then ladder down to 8, 6, 4, and 2. And back up to 4, 6, 8 and 10. 290 reps here.
Thang Two: 5 burpees. Do 5 burpees, then 10 reps of an exercise. 10 exercises were curls, skull crushers, right arm rows, left arm rows, lunges, curls, skull crushers, right arm rows, left arm rows, and lunges. 50 more burpees here then 100 reps.
Thang Three: Mary circle. Everyone called their favorite core workout, and we did 20 reps. Had time for 6 turns, 120 reps.
