Last weekend the Ultimate Weekend Warrior challenge saw PAX from Naperville & Toledo join in on the fun resulting in (83) total PAX of F3 Nation taking on the WoD. Hopefully this weekend we’ll see participation increase across all three Regions.
Last weekend was also the first time a winner was declared between Regions & this weekend will be the same. The Regional winner will be determined by taking the average score of the Top 10 performances submitted by each Region. In the event of a tie, leadership amongst all three Regions have unanimously agreed a dance off will determine the winner.

Enough of the administrative details, lets get to the good stuff….the WO. This WO is a modified version of the Week 4 WO of the 2018 Iron PAX Challenge (took out pull-ups due to many local parks being closed minimizing accessibility & thrusters due to personally not liking them).
THIS WO is FOR TIME…YOUR BEST TIME!!!
A few notes…
- You MUST do the exercises & reps in the order presented.
- You will NEED a coupon for these exercises:
- Overhead Shoulder Press
- Coupon Curls
- Bent Over Rows
- Your coupon should weigh at minimum 35 lbs., if it doesn’t your coupon is garbage & it’s time to get new ones.
- Walking Lunges – each leg counts towards your total.
- Multiple time submissions are allowed, so if you wanna run through this WO multiple times then by all means have at it & submit your time each time BUT only your best time will count towards your Region’s performance.
- The WO is to be completed between Saturday 4.25.20 – Sunday 4.26.20, not before & not after.
