A couple of weeks ago when the Ultimate Weekend Warrior Challenge was opened up to other Regions interested in participating (Naperville & Toledo), the decision was also made to make this a friendly competition. Competition is nothing new within Regions or between Regions. For example, in January there was a friendly competition between Louisville & Naperville to see how could get the most posts in a week…loser had to do this:

I’m not fully aware, but I’m told there’ve been other competitions between Louisville & Naperville (although I don’t recall them) wherein Naperville claimed victory. All that being said, through the first 2 weeks of head-to-head competition of the Ultimate Weekend Warrior Challenge the home team is sitting on a 2-0 lead. Similar to previous weeks, the Regional winner will be determined by taking the average score of the Top 10 performances submitted by each Region. In the event of a tie, a dance off will determine the winner.
If you’ve been participating then you should know, but if you’re new to the game:

Now for the meat…the WO, which again is a modification of an Iron PAX Challenge WO (2019 Week 1 WO: “Killer B’s”). It sucked before & this time it’s going to suck even more.
THIS WO is FOR TIME…YOUR BEST TIME!!!

A few notes…
- You MUST do the exercises & reps in the order presented.
- No clap, NO burpee
- Multiple time submissions are allowed, so if you wanna run through this WO multiple times then by all means have at it & submit your time each time BUT only your best time will count towards your Region’s performance.
- The WO is to be completed between Saturday 5.2.20 – Sunday 5.3.20, not before & not after.
If there are any questions or if anything is unclear don’t hesitate to reach out. Have fun, stay safe, stay healthy, & I look forward to seeing the times come across.
