Backblast – The Planetarium @ the Boondocks 6/23/20

The rain held out for the entire WO. But at 71 degrees, I almost wanted it to downpour. Some of the best workouts have been in the pouring rain. It was muggy one for sure!

PAX – Bulletin (R), LePew, Cochran, Dauber, Holy Roller (R), Flip flop, Backflop (Q)

COP – 25x SSH, 10x GG, 10x Toy Soldiers, Michael Phelps, Kindra Newman’s, downward dog stretches, and Quad stretches. We grabbed our coupons and mosied about .25 miles to our WO area by the ball fields.

The THANG – DORA (partner workout) – we spread out and partnered up. Partner 1 would perform the exercise while partner 2 ran to the end of the parking lot and back…then they switched off. Everyone used their own coupon.

200x Big boy sit-ups

200x Bicep curls

200x Plank Jacks single count

200x Bent over rows

200x Squats

200x Mountain climbers


We picked up our coupons with 6 min left on the clock and mosied back to the front parking lot.
