  • 20 Imperial Walkers
  • Downward Dog w/ Calf Stretch and Runners Stretch
  • Merkins
  • Hamstring Stretch
  • Copperhead Squats

Thang 1: Chasing Dora

  • 10 Merkins – Single
  • 20 Squats – Single
  • 30 Crunches in Cadence
  • Run Lap Around the School
  • Repeat for 5 Rounds

Thang 2: Blimps

  • 10 Burpees – Run Across Lot and back
  • 20 Lunges (Single) – Run Across Lot and back
  • 30 Imperial Walkers (Single) – Run Across Lot and back
  • 40 Merkins – Run Across Lot and back
  • 50 Plank Jacks (Single) – Run Across Lot and back
  • 60 Squats – Run Across Lot and back

Thang 3: Bear Crawl Blimps

  • 5 Burpees – Bear Crawl 3 parking spaces
  • 10 Lunges (Single) – Bear Crawl 3 parking spaces
  • 15 Imperial Walkers (Single) – Bear Crawl 3 parking spaces
  • 20 Merkins – Bear Crawl 3 parking spaces
  • 25 Plank Jacks (Single) – Bear Crawl 3 parking spaces
  • 30 Squats – Mosey to the finish

 

Thang 4: Mary

  • Plank for 60 Seconds until 6:15
