Come out, and let Fergie make a man out of you (that’s foreshadowing). I know there is the ruck event happening later that evening, and I know there should be a good turn-out for that. If you’re rucking, this will be a nice warm-up. If you’re not, it should be a good start to your day.
We will use the large parking lot, and stay in our own running lanes to maintain distance. Please bring a coupon if you have one. Alternative weights could also work for parts of this (sandbag, dumbbells, kettlebells), but will require some modifications (and that’s OK).
