Well, we are going to mosey a bunch tomorrow morning, so bring your running shoes. No coupons needed. We will mosey, stop, mosey, stop and keep on going for a good amount of time. 10, 20, 30 rep workouts as we stop, each person will be doing different workouts at each checkpoint.
