The eve of 9/11. The day before the world changed forever.
It just-so-happens that I was in New York City on 9/11 and although it was 19 years ago, we all remember the day as if it were yesterday.
I’ll be wearing my NYPD tee tomorrow to honor the incredible men and women that serve and protect our communities across the country. They run toward danger as most run away. Fire fighters, EMT, police officers, National Guardsmen and women, etc., thank you for your service and sacrifice.
Bring your coupons – we’re going to get a sense of what it was like to carry a fireman’s pack up 2226 steps.
We will never forget – SYITG!
