BB – The Bridge 9.30.20 w/ Jewel

Twas a fine morning, 47deg and clear skies (perfect for a fat guy). All signs set up for a fantastic weinke. If only the Q was prepared and organized… well, I was kinda. I had written up the WO the night before, got Stick Up to agree to let me borrow his lights and meet me early to set them up. Too bad I forgot the cardboard UI wrote the exercises on as we sat out to run the loop. F F F. Oh well, I would improvise. At this point, I need to give a shout out to Pew Pew for posting at the Posh on Monday. I saw him on the morning walk where he informed me I had the Q Wednesday. Appreciate you, neighbor.

With all the Fit4Mom groups out there, and never knowing where they’re going to be, I planned to use the 6 parking lots around the diameter of the Egg Lawn…surely they couldn’t be everywhere??
We moseyed over to the largest of the lots for COP

The Thang – I told y’all we might murder something… that turned out to be bunnies and our chests. During COP I informed the PAX that we would be moving to each lot where there would be a movement starting at the beginning of the lot to the far side of the lot, followed by another exercise. After completing, PAX would run to the next lot.

Lot 1
Murder Bunny/ Manmaker combo – this really isn’t a fluid motion, but once you get the hang of it, it sucks. LOTS of mumble chatter here… I believe I was accused of trying to kill someone, not sure. But the PAX didn’t like it… except Nice and Slow (what do you expect, he’s a Garden guy).
At the end of the lot – 50 curls – PAX were told to leave the coupon there

Obama’s – 4 bear crawl movements/ 4 merkins.

KRAKEN BURPEES – did you think I forgot? Let you slide? HAHA nope.

With about 10 minutes left the 6 rolled up and we circled up for a little more coupon work
