Worm needed a Q and I promised to make it better than my last Heavy Q so the calendar was set. I prepared a little but I have found the Heavy Workouts in the COVID environment are extremely difficult to plan a Q.
Pax: No Nuts, Frankenbaby, Frosty, Irish Spring, Tool Time, and Hot Wheels (Q).
We started with the usual COP with some SSHs, stretching, and other things but it was on to the main event. I had exercises written on cards and placed them in a circle. There was some upper body and leg exercises mixed with a two lap around the monument. This is what pushed us through. We made it around 3 1/2 times until it was time for some Mary and to close it out.
