Today we had great conditions. Fresh snow allowed for traction and running the loop! We had 5 stations. 4 body weight workouts per loop and one coupon station. The first round was my call on all the workouts. We had 8 including me show up so each person got the opportunity to choose a workout at one of the 5 stations the following rounds. running on slow definitely tested your balance and pushed you to get your knees up. We finished with 5 minutes of each person choosing a core workout or anything of their choice. It was a good push on a snowy day. The elite eight that showed up were.
