This was a last minute game changer thanks to Squid. I was double booked for Q’s leaving me 1 short for the IHC when this HIM offered up his Saturday Q. Also needing to make it out to this AO it was an opportunity YHC could not pass up. 6am lets get it!

COP: SSH, Grass Grabbers, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Calf Stretch, Runners Stretch, Pigeon Stretch, Merkins.
THANG: Run around campus and stop at random points to do stuff. Yup, pretty simple. Some of the exercises included but are not limited to:
100yd Bear crawl, pull ups, squats, merkins, flutter kicks, big boys, LBCs, derkins, butt2bench squats, lunges, calf raises, all you got sprints.
COT: announcements, intentions, words of thanks.
I am truly thankful squid decided to join me this morning. This HIM applied the proper amount of push to make this WO worth it this morning.
