It was great to be back at the Boondocks again and to Q at that great AO for the first time. Thanks to the great group that came out, liked it so much thinking about doing it again next week!
PAX- Jitterbug (QIC), LadyBird (R), Bulletin (R), Holy Roller (R), Aerobie (R), Yankovic (R), LePew, Mr. Hat, Nan Moore, Backflop, Stick-Up, Spree, Verbal, Cochran, Fungi, Lucky Charms, McCheesy (FNG) (R)
COP- Short Mosey- SSH, GrassGrabbers, Toy Soldiers, Michael Phelps, Kendra Newmans, Stretching, Merkins, Mountain Climbers
Thang 1- Had Pax Line up on one side of parking Lot. 5-10-15. Set Consisted of 5 Boyos, 10 Merkins and 15 Squats, then Bear Crawl to opposite side of Lot and Lunge Walk Back. Rinse and repeat 3 times. Mosey Back to start
Thang 2- COP #2. Pax performed a series of exercises followed each time by 5 Carolina Dry Docks. Exercises called. 50 ButtKicks, 50 High Knees, 10 Tuck Jumps; also mixed in 3 sets of SSH in between.
Thang 3- Board of Pain. Gathered at Picnic table area. Had PAX complete a series of exercises and then Run one lap around part of Park Loop and Parking lot. Roughly 150 Yards I would say; HOWEVER @backflop and @Stick-up called their own audible on the first lap and ran the entire loop. Jitterbug forgives, but he doesn’t forget. Board Exercises were- 5 Boyos, 10 Derkins, 15 Dips, 20 Jump Squats, 25 Plank Jacks. Did this till almost time.
Mary, COR, NOR….we welcomed FNG McCheesy. @LePew headlocked him and says he’s the Mayor of Crestwood. Who am I to doubt LePew. We offered intentions specifically for those battling Anxiety and Depression as two of the PAX knew of people within their community who had recently succumbed to that battle. An unfortunate and tragic byproduct of the Pandemic. We talked about the Strength we all draw from this group and the need if not the obligation to recognize in our daily lives those dealing with a battle; and to help those individuals draw on our strength. So thankful for the honor and opportunity to lead these men. Jitterbug Out
