It was cool seeing Zing at The Boondocks upon arrival at the AO and I was happy to grant his request to not incorporate burpees into the WO
After the disclosures we got into a mosey across campus to circle up for COT.
Bulletin didn’t want nuclears, and I was happy to acquiesce to his request:
- 101 Side Straddle Hops in cadence
- 20 single count merkins
- 15 toy aoldiers
- Mosey back across campus
Thang: Tabata
The Tabata consisted of 5 workouts, 8 sets of each, 25 second reps with a 10 second rest.

- Bent over Rows
- Dips/skull crushers/skull crusher v-ups
Mary:
Two minutes of flutter kicks. I think we did around 70.
Intentions were made giving thanks to the Lord for delivering Bulletin’s family safely from what could have been an awful wreck. We also asked that those suffering with addiction find healing.
Great group – was proud to lead.
