It’s hard to argue. The weather and timing of sunrise at this time of year is some of the best for getting out to the gloom. Which is exactly what HIMs did at the County this past Saturday. There were 2 pre Nest opportunities.

Thunder day at the County: PAX – Tidwell, Cratchit, Pelican, Meter Maid, Big Bird, The Goat (2.0), Captain Crunchberry, Hush Puppy, Asian Zing (R), Holy Roller (R), Jolly Rancher, DeVito, Valdez, Brown Water, Timeshare, HoneyDo (Q).
The clock ticked 0700, Valdez shed his duel rucksack and the PAX filed into circle formation. Disclaimer was given and we began a short mosey to the top lot for COP: 20(IC) High Knees, 20(IC) Toy Soldiers, 10(IC) Grass grabbers, Downward Dog (RoL,RR,LoR,LL), 10 Big Boy sit-ups.
Returning to the lower lot, HoneyDo had the PAX grab their coupon, line up along the side walk & select a partner. Thang 1: 100 Total Merkins (P1 does 10 while P2 Holds plank), 100 Lunges (P1 does 10 while P2 AL Gore) 100 Big boy sit-ups (P1 does 10 while P2 motivates). Next Thang 2: We move to one of the islands to complete all 4 exercises (Overhead Press | Squats | Flutter Kicks(IC) | Curls), working in desc order from 30|25|20|15|10, between each set running a lap around the church, stopping at bball goal for Bobby Hurley’s. Thang 3: 7 mins of Mary. As time was about to expire Timeshare attempted to steal the last exercise from Holly Roller but Roller got the last laugh be eking out a few Burpees before time was called. COT: Praying for all those battling illness, give them strength to prevail.
